We are seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Business Development Representative who is eager to learn, willing to work hard, and motivated by results. This is a true outside sales and business development role. You will spend your time in the community meeting healthcare and senior care professionals, developing relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping turn those relationships into new business for HomeWell. You don't need an existing book of business or years of healthcare experience. You do need to be willing to get out of the car, walk through the door, introduce yourself, build relationships, follow up, and ask for the business. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop referral relationships with hospitals, assisted living communities, skilled nursing and rehab facilities, physicians, home health agencies, hospice providers, and other professional referral sources.Make consistent face-to-face visits, prospect for new relationships, and expand HomeWell's presence throughout the territory.Educate referral sources, families, and community partners on the value and differentiators of HomeWell services.Confidently ask for referrals and business and develop relationships that lead to consistent growth.Maintain consistent communication, follow-up, and relationship management with referral sources and prospects.Track activities, opportunities, referrals, and results while taking ownership of territory performance.Other work as directed. Previous sales, B2B, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, recruiting, customer service, or other relationship-based experience is helpful but not required.
