What You'll Do Recruit and interview candidates for professional and technical positions Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers Learn how to source talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking Assist with business development by identifying and reaching out to prospective clients Manage the recruiting process from initial contact through placement What We're Looking For Strong communication skills Comfortable making phone calls and talking with new people Confident and personable Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Organized and dependable Sales, recruiting, staffing, customer service, or business development experience is a plus but not required What We Offer One-on-one training and mentorship Opportunity to learn recruiting and business development from the ground up Flexible, remote work environment Unlimited earning potential through a commission-based compensation plan The opportunity to build your own recruiting desk over time Compensation This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity. 50/50 commission split on company-provided business. 70/30 commission split on business you develop and bring to Berkshire Search Partners.
