Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in Houston. This role requires a relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by results. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and managing client accounts while contributing to the company's growth in a people-first culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and expand new business accounts
  • Build long-term relationships with industry leaders
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to account management
  • Communicate with clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Deliver hiring solutions that benefit both clients and candidates

Required skills
