Overview

Anderson Automotive Group is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join their team. This role involves serving as the first point of contact for Internet sales leads, providing product information, and scheduling appointments with sales professionals. No prior automotive experience is necessary, as training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries
  • Follow up with leads for 90 days, including those not ready to schedule
  • Provide customers with product information and direct them appropriately
  • Participate in team development sessions to maintain positive relationships
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily
  • Assist with preparing vehicles for detail departments
