Overview

The Business Development Center Representative at Hendrick Automotive Group is primarily responsible for lead generation activities that support the sales and service goals of the company. This part-time position involves engaging with customers through phone and internet inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer databases.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and schedule sales or service appointments
  • Log customer comments into the Dealership Management System
  • Confirm and track scheduled appointments, including follow-ups for no-shows
  • Contact current customers regarding marketing incentives
  • Respond to internet inquiries and schedule appointments via email and phone
  • Notify departments about scheduled appointments
  • Maintain an organized workspace and comply with safety rules
