Overview

The Business Banking Officer at North Easton Savings Bank is responsible for driving business banking growth within a designated market. This role involves developing and managing relationships with small business customers, while providing tailored lending, deposit, and treasury management solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with business customers through proactive networking and community involvement.
  • Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities and enhance existing customer relationships.
  • Achieve goals for loan production, deposit growth, and business development activities.
  • Manage a portfolio of business banking relationships, ensuring asset quality and customer retention.
  • Conduct credit analysis and gather necessary financial information for loans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify quality referrals.
  • Plan and participate in community events to promote the Bank's presence.
  • Represent the Bank in civic and professional organizations to enhance business development.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of business banking or financial services sales experience
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of business lending, deposit products, and treasury management services
