Position: Business Analyst (Ref: 18651)Location: Harrisburg, PA USA, 17101Salary: DOEDuration: 9 Months 28 Days - ContractOpenings: 1Deadline: 09/04/2026Description: HybridWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the reverse-engineering, requirements definition, and testing lifecycle for key legacy enterprise applications. This role leverages modern AI-assisted analysis tools to accelerate documentation, map complex data flows, build comprehensive test suites, and conduct accessibility/compliance gap analyses.Key Responsibilities Reverse-engineer and document requirements (user stories, process maps, data flow diagrams, edge cases) using AI-assisted code analysis tools for rapid initial drafts. Build comprehensive requirements-based test cases covering functional, regression, accessibility-specific (WCAG 2.2), and security-focused validation. Create and maintain traceability matrices linking requirements to scan findings, test cases, and remediation work items. Perform and support testing execution, result validation, defect logging, and remediation verification. Facilitate WCAG 2.2 gap analysis and validate functional fixes against real-world business workflows. Collaborate with technical solutions teams, developers, and operational stakeholders to identify ambiguities, manage risks, and ensure alignment across parallel workstreams. Complete regular status reporting and project artifact tracking via collaboration platforms.Qualifications & Experience Education & Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional Business Analyst experience writing business requirements and test cases, OR a 4-year degree in a technical/related field (or equivalent technical study). Legacy System Analysis: Proven ability to reverse-engineer legacy software architectures and translate technical logic into functional business documentation. AI Tool Integration: Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for drafting requirements, process flows, and test cases, paired with the critical-thinking ability to validate AI output for accuracy and completeness. Testing & Traceability: Strong background in full-lifecycle testing support (functional, regression, security, WCAG 2.2 accessibility) and defect management.
