Overview

Spectrum is seeking a Business Account Executive to connect small and medium-sized businesses with essential communication solutions, such as Internet, video, and voice. This role involves expanding the customer base within a dedicated territory while leveraging sales expertise to drive growth for local organizations.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate and cultivate sales leads using diverse prospecting tactics
  • Drive new customer acquisition by promoting and selling bundled services
  • Implement and execute a Territory Plan to strategically expand the customer base
  • Utilize order management software to process sales orders efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and strong selling skills
  • Attend sales meetings and meet or exceed performance standards

Required skills

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience
  • Business to business sales experience
  • Knowledge of communications technologies and services
  • Sales tools proficiency
  • Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
