Overview

Community Transit is seeking Bus Drivers to join their team in Everett, Washington. This role offers competitive pay starting at $33.54 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $39.31 per hour after training. The position includes a comprehensive paid training program where no prior driving experience is required, and new drivers are eligible for a significant sign-on bonus.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive buses safely and efficiently
  • Complete a 10-week paid training program to earn a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Adhere to safety and customer service protocols
  • Accrue paid time off while in training
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
