Location: Urbana, Ohio Job Type: Full-Time Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Organize and maintain OEM equipment manual libraryPerform routine preventative maintenance on plant equipment and facilitySupport telephone, surveillance and alarm systemsContracts, waste removal,EPA bulbs, LED and Neon light repairsMaintenance BudgetingResponsible and accountable for facility maintenance at Urbana buildings and other company facilities as needed.Direct the work of the facilities maintenance technician and facilities janitor. Safety Perform Monthly and Annual safety checks- emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, door batteries, sprinkler systems, etc. Parts Procurement Purchase tools, building materials, cleaning supplies as neededKeep kitchen and showroom supplies stocked as needed Building Maintenance Schedule MaintenancePerform preventative maintenance at Water St.Replace and repair lights at Water St.Check and record; fire extinguishers and egress lights at Water St, repair and replace as neededService museum animatronics and vending machinesAll outside building maintenanceWinterization of all systems Equipment Maintenance Schedule maintenancePerform maintenance at Water St.Make sure all SDS books in facilities areas are current and updated.
