Overview

The Building Maintenance Technician at Snowshoe Mountain is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the safety and efficiency of buildings and equipment. The role includes performing inspections, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various trades to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

  • Service equipment per manufacturer and safety requirements
  • Quickly address malfunctions and inspect equipment and buildings
  • Document all work performed and manage work orders
  • Regularly test equipment and notify supervisors of abnormalities
  • Adhere to safety policies and maintain clean work areas
  • Check inventory and attend training
  • Assist guests with equipment issues and support other departments
  • Maintain knowledge of critical systems and emergency procedures
