Help Build Exceptional Homes.Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys working with builders, contractors, and residential construction?The Norfolk Companies is looking for a Builder Sales & Design Consultant to grow builder partnerships across Greater Boston. This is a field-based role where you'll develop new business, manage long-term accounts, and help clients select cabinetry, countertops, millwork, and other building products from concept through completion. What You'll Do Develop relationships with builders, remodelers, and contractorsProspect and win new builder accountsGrow existing customer relationshipsConsult on cabinetry, kitchens, baths, countertops, millwork, and hardwareCreate product selections and design solutionsPrepare estimates, proposals, and project documentationVisit job sites and support projects throughout constructionPartner with showroom, design, and operations teamsManage your sales pipeline in HubSpot CRMMeet and exceed sales goals Why Join Norfolk?
