Job Description

Overview

Kingdom Networks is looking for a Broadband Network Technician to support and maintain their fiber broadband network and customer systems in Auxvasse, MO. This role involves a mix of network support, troubleshooting, and customer service, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy solving technical problems independently while maintaining system reliability.

Key responsibilities

  • Support and maintain broadband network infrastructure including GPON/XGS-PON systems and Cisco routing
  • Provision and troubleshoot Internet and VoIP services, ONTs, and customer equipment
  • Monitor network performance and respond to outages or service-impacting events
  • Assist field technicians with service turn-ups and escalated technical issues
  • Document network changes, deployments, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Participate in on-call rotation and occasional after-hours maintenance
  • Perform occasional field work in network facilities
  • Support Windows and Linux-based systems within the organization
