  • 18 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in cash handling and maintaining audit logs.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and technology.
  • Knowledge of company policy and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
