Overview

Paramount Builders LLC is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager for their Roanoke, VA location, who is a proven sales leader in the in-home sales industry. The ideal candidate will inspire and develop high-performing teams while driving operational excellence and profitability in a competitive environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor sales professionals, installers, and office staff
  • Build a culture of accountability, competition, and continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular sales meetings on updates, training, and performance metrics
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across the branch
  • Partner with sales representatives to improve closing rates and customer experience
  • Analyze sales data and CRM reporting for opportunities
  • Manage branch profitability including P&L and EBITDA performance
  • Ensure operational excellence across all functions
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve concerns

Required skills

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a performance-driven sales environment
  • Experience in one-call close, in-home sales industries such as home improvement, HVAC, security systems, and remodeling
  • Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong leadership presence and competitive mindset
  • Understanding of P&L management, EBITDA, CRM systems, KPI reporting, and sales forecasting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
