Overview

The Branch Manager - Lending Officer at Points West Community Bank is responsible for leading the bank location in Lisco, Nebraska, managing a team, and developing deposit and loan relationships. This role focuses on providing financial transactions to customers while ensuring a high level of service and integrity.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee financial transactions for existing and potential customers
  • Lead and manage the Dalton and Lisco team
  • Develop and maintain deposit and loan relationships
  • Report to Regional Senior Managers
  • Drive sales efforts within the PWCB market
  • Maintain knowledge of all financial products and services
