Job Description

Overview

As a Branch Manager at 1-800 Hansons LLC, you will lead a high-performing team in the in-home sales industry, focusing on driving operational excellence and profitable growth. This hands-on role requires you to inspire and coach your team while actively participating in sales and customer engagement to foster a winning culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams through coaching and mentorship
  • Build a culture of accountability, competition, and continuous improvement
  • Motivate teams to exceed branch goals and improve performance
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with sales representatives
  • Manage branch profitability, including P&L and EBITDA
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve concerns promptly
  • Conduct sales meetings to provide updates and training
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent

Required skills

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in sales
  • Experience in one-call close in-home sales (home improvement, HVAC, security systems, etc.)
  • Strong leadership presence and motivational skills
  • Ability to hold teams accountable while fostering relationships
  • Understanding of P&L management, EBITDA, CRM systems, and KPI reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities
