Overview

The Branch Manager at First Federal Lakewood is responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of the bank branch, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The role involves managing staff performance, driving sales initiatives, and fostering customer relationships to achieve the branch's financial goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop branch staff; provide coaching and performance management.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Monitor branch budget and manage variances.
  • Lead sales activities and marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Conduct branch meetings and communicate changes in regulations and policies.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
