Overview

The Branch Manager at Village Green Landscapes plays a crucial leadership role in managing and delivering high-quality landscape services. This position is responsible for daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, team collaboration, and achieving organizational goals within the specified region.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for all branch staff in alignment with company core values
  • Manage branch staffing including hours, schedules, payroll, and productivity
  • Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of branch staff
  • Manage staff performance through regular feedback and performance reviews
  • Ensure all jobs are completed according to contract and within budget
  • Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Demonstrate knowledge of industry equipment and tools
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and organizational goals

Required skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in the landscape/lawn maintenance industry
  • 1+ years of commercial snow removal experience
  • 3+ years of previous green industry management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite and other industry-related programs
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
