Overview

As the BOS Lounge Manager at Swissport International AG in Boston, you will oversee all operations within the lounge, focusing on delivering an excellent guest experience. This role requires managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and addressing guest issues to ensure satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day lounge operations with a focus on guest experience and service speed
  • Supervise and support all hourly Team Members
  • Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints
  • Determine staffing needs to maintain service quality
  • Identify and develop potential team members for future positions
  • Complete financial and personnel-related administrative duties accurately and timely
  • Build relationships with suppliers, partners, and airport administration
  • Drive sales and increase return visits
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and discrimination-free environment

Required skills

  • 5+ years of progressive management experience in restaurant or retail
  • Ability to manage P&L, budgets, and financial projections
  • Capability to perform all functions for hourly positions
  • Physical ability to walk and stand during entire shift
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Proficient in reading and writing English
  • Must pass TSA and FBI background checks
