Overview

The Border Patrol Agent (BPA) position at U.S. Customs and Border Protection offers experienced law enforcement professionals the opportunity to protect the nation's borders and ensure community safety. Key responsibilities

  • Prevent and apprehend aliens and smugglers at border locations
  • Conduct surveillance and operate in covert positions
  • Perform physical searches of detained individuals and their surroundings

  • Gather evidence and prepare investigative reports related to law enforcement

Required skills

  • Experience in law enforcement or military law enforcement
