The Border Patrol Agent (BPA) - Experienced position with Customs and Border Protection offers an opportunity for individuals with prior law enforcement experience to join a vital federal agency dedicated to securing U.S. borders. Key responsibilities

  • Detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration and customs laws.
  • Prevent and apprehend aliens and smugglers at or near borders.
  • Conduct physical searches of individuals, vehicles, and surroundings.
  • Patrol international boundaries and coastal waterways using various government assets.
  • Analyze information and make prompt decisions regarding law enforcement matters.

Required skills

  • Prior law enforcement or military experience
