The U.S. Border Patrol is seeking entry-level Border Patrol Agents to join their team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This is a full-time federal law enforcement position aimed at individuals looking for a long-term career protecting the nation and its citizens, with immediate hiring to meet operational needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration and customs laws.
  • Prevent and apprehend undocumented noncitizens and smugglers at or near borders.
  • Perform inspections of documents and personal belongings to determine citizenship.
  • Maintain surveillance to detect illicit activities using various surveillance techniques.
  • Patrol the international boundary and coastal waterways using government assets.
