Job Description Job Description Position ResponsibilitiesAs a Bookkeeper/Office Manager for a small, but fast-growing company, you will be tasked with multiple responsibilities. Besides bookkeeping and office management, you will also be required to perform HR functions.Under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer (COO), your duties will include the following:InvoicingAccounts payable & receivablePayroll (via ADP)HR (benefits management)Potential transition to a different accounting system i.e. QuickBooksLiaison to property management company re: office needsPlan and coordinate inner office functions including but not limited to employee and client events, meals, etc.Position RequirementsAccounting degree with three to five years of bookkeeping and related experienceProficient in the use of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office applicationsAlthough not required, experience with Sage 50 Accounting System (Original Peachtree) is a plus.Good verbal and written skills, encompassing complete understanding of the English language is required.Willingness to work as a contributing member of the teamAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customersExcellent time-management, planning and interpersonal skills Company Description Founded, built, and supported 100% in the USA, Integra Loan Tech has been changing the landscape of lending technology since 1996.
