Job Description

Overview

KC CPA Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time bookkeeper and assistant to the CEO for a construction and architecture client. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations and providing insights on financial performance to enhance job margins and improve expense management.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting operations including A/P, A/R, and GL in QuickBooks Online
  • Process monthly draw requests
  • Analyze and report on bank accounts, loans, insurance, contracts, job costing, and overhead
  • Prepare work-in-process reports and job cost analysis reports in collaboration with external CPA
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations to ensure timely month-end close
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting package including balance sheet and income statement
  • Assist with year-end financial statement preparation with CPA
