Job Description Job Description AQUA LOGIC INC Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant/Receptionist/ HOURS 7:30am-4:00 pmJob SummaryPerforms varied secretarial and administrative duties for an administrative department and performs AP and Cash bookkeeping dutiesGeneral AccountabilitiesEdits documents produced by others.Ensures confidentiality and controls access to sensitive informationResponds to inquiries and requests for information requiring knowledge of departmental and company policies and procedures.Serves as an internal resource to administrators or staff on departmental and company procedures.Performs administrative duties associated with scheduling and coordinating meetings and planning events.Arranges with vendors for services, prepares agendas, gathers and organizes supporting information, and oversees production and distribution of related materials.Greets visitors and obtains name and other pertinent information, notifying appropriate individuals of visitor's arrival.Answers and routes calls, as necessary, to appropriate individuals.Accurately takes and delivers messages.Maintains log of all calls requiring further action.Performs a variety of routine clerical tasks.Maintains clean and orderly reception area.Retrieves, sorts and delivers mail.Receives, records, and banks cash, checks and vouchers.Complies with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.Inputs AP invoices and completes AP runsRecord journal entries for cash accounts and complete bank reconciliationsReconciles or notes and reports discrepancies found in records.
