The Bookkeeper & Inventory Management Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and inventory regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and inventory management, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:Monitor inventory levels and manage stock levels to ensure optimal inventory levels.Process purchase orders, reconcile invoices, and resolve discrepancies with vendorsPrepare financial statements, reports, and summaries on a regular basisAssist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraintsConduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, inventory regulations, and company policiesUtilize accounting software and inventory management systems proficientlyCollaborate with departments to forecast inventory needs and plan strategiesIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferredProven experience in bookkeeping and inventory managementProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and inventory management systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentKnowledge of accounting standards and inventory regulationsExperience with audit support and process improvement initiatives Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18.00-$28.00 Benefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceVacation PaySick PayHoliday PayBonus
