We are looking for a dynamic Boiler Supervisor to lead our incredible operations crew, champion a zero-incident safety culture, and keep our production workflow humming! If you love mentoring teams and driving continuous improvement, we want to speak to you. We offer company-sponsored training and support to help you achieve your South Carolina General Contractor Boiler License (BL) or National Board certifications. Job Responsibilities for this Boiler Supervisor: • Lead & Inspire: Supervise, train, and develop our hourly boiler operation crew. • Drive Production: Coordinate daily schedules, log results, and handle work orders. • Prioritize Safety: Run safety meetings and keep our zero-accident goal on track. Minimum requirements for this Boiler Supervisor: • A college degree or equivalent manufacturing / production / boiler experience. • Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork. • Flexibility to rock swing and graveyard shifts in a fast-paced environment. • At least 5 years of supervisory experience • Must be available to work a flexible work schedule (to include swing and graveyard work) in a production-manufacturing environment.
