Shift Leader OpportunitiesNow hiring: Shift Leaders for locally owned and operated Bojangles at various locations including Charleston, SC, North Charleston, SC, Cain Bay, SC, and Ravenel. Full and part-time positions available.Bojangles offers several benefits to its team members, including competitive weekly pay, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day off, fuel discount up to 25 cents off per gallon, flexible hours to accommodate various schedules, opportunities for leadership and career development within the company, low-cost health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees, paid vacation time (for full-time employees), and an hourly rate of $16.00 - $20.00 (based on experience and availability).Shift Leaders are responsible for overseeing their shifts and all other aspects of the restaurant operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate a team of employees.Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.Maintain Bojangles' quality and safety standards, including food safety and sanitation.Manage inventory, track waste, and reconcile sales and cash.Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.Address escalated guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.Understand and uphold company policies and procedures.Some roles may require the successful completion of Bojangles University (BO University) training to support skill development and operational standards.RequirementsPrior experience in food service or hospitality preferred.Leadership qualities, even without formal management experience.Must be at least 18 years of age (some positions specify 16 years old).Dependable and reliable, able to work with a sense of urgency.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Cheerful, positive attitude, and a passion for serving others.Ability to manage a team effectively.Some positions require experience with restaurant management in the QSR industry, including P&L, food cost, and labor management.Why join the Bojangles' @ BlueWater?
