Overview

The Blount Re-Entry Master's Level Program Coordinator at Helen Ross McNabb Center is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential treatment program for adults dealing with substance use disorders. This role involves administrative oversight, client care, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to promote recovery and quality clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and programmatic oversight to clients at a residential substance use treatment facility.
  • Supervise team leaders, care coordinators, and residential counselors.
  • Ensure compliance with contract reporting and monitoring of treatment effectiveness.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling and program coverage.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for administrative and programmatic emergencies.
  • Conduct staff training and facilitate communication within the team.
  • Represent the center positively in the community and participate in outreach activities.

Required skills

  • Two years of supervisory experience in social work or behavioral health
  • Knowledge of substance use and mental health recovery
  • Experience in compliance management and program oversight
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team

What the company offers

  • Starting salary approximately $64,213 per year based on experience and education
