Overview

As a Billing Specialist at David McDavid Ford, part of Asbury Automotive Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of documentation related to vehicle purchases. This position focuses on compliance with company regulations while providing exceptional service to customers and supporting the dealership's operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Review and verify documentation for vehicle purchases
  • Ensure compliance with Asbury guidelines
  • Examine contracts for conformity to requirements
  • Process paperwork in a timely manner
  • Reconcile schedules
  • Post deals to accounting books
  • Issue checks for lien payoffs
  • Communicate and resolve issues with Accounting Manager
  • Post daily corrections as necessary
