Overview

The Billing Specialist role at CFS involves managing the entire billing cycle in a hybrid work environment, focusing on multiple departments. The position offers opportunities for advancement and exposure to high-profile clients in the sports and entertainment sectors.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full billing cycle across multiple departments end-to-end
  • Manage client/vendor onboarding, job setup, and contract compliance
  • Execute and resolve invoicing across management fees, sponsorships, and B2B accounts
  • Oversee out-of-pocket billing and partner with sales/marketing to close gaps
  • Lead monthly AR and collections meetings to accelerate payments and improve cash flow

Required skills

  • 2+ years of billing experience within agency, entertainment, or talent management
  • Proven experience managing full billing and accounts receivable cycles across multiple clients
  • Experience with client trusts and agency billing environments
  • Ability to handle high-volume, multi-entity billing processes
