About the Role: As a Skilled Nursing Facility Billing Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our billing and revenue management processes. You will be responsible for accurately processing Medicaid, Medicare and Managed Care claims, managing billing discrepancies, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving billing issues and optimizing our reimbursement rates.
