Overview

The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist II at GreenKiss Staffing Solutions, Inc. will play a vital role in recruiting and filling client orders for talent, while maintaining strong communication with both staff and client supervisors. This position requires a high level of organization and the ability to manage tasks effectively across various client sites.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit and assist with filling all client orders and positions as required
  • Maintain clear communication with branch office and temporary staff
  • Handle human resource issues alongside the corporate office
  • Create daily task lists outlining objectives and priorities
  • Meet with client supervisors to discuss staffing needs
  • Train and guide temporary employees on proper task completion
  • Ensure compliance with GKSS and client-specific policies
  • Conduct follow-ups with local branch regarding new starts and open orders
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for employee records
  • Administer drug tests and host trainings as needed

Required skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Knowledge of food manufacturing, GMPs, and OSHA guidelines
  • Understanding of human resources practices and/or certification
  • Ability to maintain accuracy in information preparation and communication
  • Strong stress management and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel
