Job Description Job Description Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Bilingual)Newark, TXFull-Time Long Term Temp AssignmentTempExperts is sourcing for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator (English/Spanish) to support a high-volume recruitment team by managing scheduling, candidate coordination, and administrative hiring tasks. This role is an onsite position in Newark, TX and is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within Human Resources and talent acquisition.Responsibilities:Assist in the recruitment and hiring process by managing administrative tasks and scheduling interviews.Identify and assess problems that arise during recruitment using standard procedures to ensure smooth processes.Work within established guidelines and procedures, receiving moderate supervision to complete routine tasks.Understand how individual responsibilities contribute to team goals and collaborate with related teams to meet objectives.Manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure recruitment activities are completed in a timely manner.Recognize and resolve common recruitment process issues using established protocols.Support overall recruitment quality by providing accurate and timely information and services to the team.Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams to exchange straightforward information. Requirements/Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages.Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or administrative support preferred.Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR/recruiting software.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Basic understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a positive, team-oriented attitude.TempExperts is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
