XL Pro Consulting Group is looking for a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter in Richardson, Texas. The role involves recruiting quality candidates, conducting interviews in both English and Spanish, and collaborating with clients and hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with hiring managers to gather position information and prepare job descriptions
  • Identify and execute recruiting strategies for a range of professional-level roles
  • Conduct various interview techniques including resume screens and behavioral interviews
  • Manage the interview process and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and nurture pipeline for key corporate positions and grow the candidate database
  • Perform full cycle recruiting and vetting of candidates
