Motto Mortgage Legacy Group is looking for a motivated bilingual Spanish-speaking Mortgage Loan Originator to support borrowers throughout the mortgage process in Greeley, Colorado. This role involves guiding clients through their financing options and ensuring smooth progress of loan applications, all while collaborating with processing and underwriting teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Review borrower applications and recommend loan options that fit their goals.
  • Educate clients on loan terms, timelines, and documentation requirements.
  • Manage each file from application through closing with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with real estate professionals to support mutual clients through communication and education.
  • Maintain high standards of ethical conduct, transparency, and compliance.

Required skills

  • Experience in mortgage lending, loan origination, or related financial services.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products and underwriting fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build professional relationships through education and service.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Active or willingness to obtain Colorado state Mortgage Loan Originator license.
