Overview

As a Bilingual Senior Personal Banker at First National Bank Texas, you will provide exceptional customer service while handling cash transactions and engaging in sales activities within a high-volume environment. Your role will involve evaluating customer relationships and promoting bank products and services, particularly to a diverse, mainly Spanish-speaking population.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle cash transactions
  • Evaluate customer relationships and offer bank products and services
  • Achieve monthly new account production goals assigned by management
  • Participate in an active sales environment with in-store prospecting
  • Process deposits and payouts, ensuring accurate transaction records
  • Verify cash and check amounts to prevent counterfeit acceptance
  • Sell and prepare money orders, cashier's checks, and certificates of deposit
  • Cross-sell bank services and products to customers
  • Attend to a diverse customer base with effective bilingual communication
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by supervisors
