Overview

As a Bilingual Sales and Operations Management Trainee at Penske Truck Leasing, you will take charge in a fast-paced environment, using your degree to run a business and solve customer problems. You will receive ongoing training and mentoring, gaining expertise in sales, operations, finance, customer service, and technology while collaborating with a driven team.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts, including Fortune 500 companies.
  • Manage a large inventory of vehicles, ensuring productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Complete other projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Marketing
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing or sales role preferred
  • Results-oriented with attention to detail
  • Good time management skills
  • Valid Class G/Class 5 driver's license required
  • Ability to travel as necessary within the district
