Overview

The Schochet Companies is seeking a Bilingual Resident Services Coordinator to join their team at Hamilton Wade Douglas House Apartments in Brockton, Massachusetts. This role is centered around supporting older adults living in affordable housing by connecting them to services, resources, and wellness programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with property staff, residents, volunteers, and community partners
  • Connect residents to essential services, resources, and support
  • Establish onsite wellness programs and events
  • Advocate, organize, and problem-solve for resident needs
  • Develop relationships with community agencies and service providers

Required skills

  • Bilingual in Portuguese, Haitian Creole, or Spanish
  • BS in Social Work or 2-3 years' experience in social services delivery with older adults
