Overview

Premier Trade Services is seeking a motivated bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruiter to connect skilled trades professionals with job opportunities in the Charlotte metro area. This role involves supporting commercial construction, industrial, and mechanical projects while advancing candidates' careers through relationship building and staffing coordination.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit qualified candidates for skilled trades and construction positions
  • Conduct phone interviews and candidate screenings in both English and Spanish
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and community outreach
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified trades professionals
  • Match candidates with open opportunities based on skills, experience, and career goals
  • Coordinate onboarding and hiring activities
  • Maintain candidate records within recruiting and staffing systems
  • Partner with branch leadership to meet recruiting goals and customer demands
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Required skills
