Overview

Premier Trade Services is looking for a motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join their team in Hermitage, Tennessee. This role involves recruiting skilled trades professionals for various commercial and industrial projects across the state, focusing on building relationships and connecting candidates with opportunities in a dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit qualified candidates for skilled trades and construction positions throughout Tennessee
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and community outreach
  • Conduct phone interviews and candidate screenings
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled trades professionals
  • Coordinate onboarding and hiring activities
  • Partner with branch leadership to meet recruiting and staffing goals
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the recruiting system
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Required skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and building candidate relationships
