Premier Trade Services is looking for a motivated bilingual recruiter to join their team in Tempe, Arizona. The role involves recruiting skilled trades professionals for various construction and industrial projects across the state, with a focus on building relationships and helping candidates find work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit qualified candidates for skilled trades and construction positions
  • Conduct phone interviews and candidate screenings in English and Spanish
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and community outreach
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified trades professionals
  • Coordinate onboarding and hiring activities
  • Partner with branch leadership to meet hiring goals
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the recruiting system
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
