Premier Trade Services is looking for a motivated bilingual recruiter to join their team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will connect skilled trades professionals with job opportunities in various construction and industrial sectors, playing a crucial part in helping candidates advance their careers.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit qualified candidates for skilled trades and construction positions
  • Conduct phone interviews and candidate screenings in both English and Spanish
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified trades professionals
  • Match candidates with open opportunities based on skills, experience, and career goals
  • Coordinate onboarding and hiring activities
  • Maintain candidate records within recruiting and staffing systems
  • Partner with branch leadership to meet recruiting goals and customer demands
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Required skills

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
