Go-Staff, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) in Alpine, California. This role involves sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding candidates for various job assignments while providing support to both clients and employees in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and onboard candidates for job assignments
  • Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
  • Help new hires with paperwork, orientations, and onboarding
  • Schedule and dispatch employees to job sites
  • Provide support to clients and employees
  • Assist with employee transportation when needed
  • Attend hiring events and job fairs

Required skills

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Reliable with a valid CA driver's license and personal vehicle
