Overview

Joint Venture Workforce is seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiter fluent in English and Spanish to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on recruiting skilled trades professionals, particularly in the electrical field, and involves strong candidate relationship management and fulfillment of staffing needs for various projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit, screen, and interview electricians and electrical helpers
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews in both English and Spanish
  • Verify work history, certifications, licenses, and eligibility requirements
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified electrical candidates
  • Coordinate onboarding and employment documentation
  • Build and maintain relationships with field employees
  • Partner with account managers and clients to understand staffing needs
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
  • Attend hiring events and job fairs as needed

Required skills

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Previous recruiting or staffing experience
  • Experience recruiting skilled trades, particularly electrical positions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
