Precise Personnel Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join their team in Irving, Texas. The role focuses on recruiting, interviewing, and placing candidates for light industrial and skilled labor positions while ensuring strong client relationships and contributing to the agency's growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates for positions
  • Source candidates using various recruiting platforms
  • Create and post engaging job advertisements
  • Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews
  • Complete onboarding and new hire paperwork
  • Perform employee check-ins and attendance follow-ups
  • Conduct client visits and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity
  • Meet weekly recruiting and placement goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and employees

Required skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience
  • Experience using recruiting platforms like XIP Recruiter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Indeed
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Staffing industry knowledge preferred
