The Bilingual Recruiter at Epic HR LLC plays a crucial role in executing full-cycle recruiting and supporting operational success across various domains including safety, revenue, and customer service. This position involves sourcing and placing candidates, ensuring compliance, and maintaining communication with all stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates using job boards and referrals
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate skills and job fit
  • Match candidates to job requirements and client expectations
  • Coordinate background checks and drug screens
  • Extend job offers and ensure proper onboarding
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking and placement records
  • Communicate job expectations and policies to candidates
  • Provide timely updates on recruiting activity
  • Build relationships with candidates and client customers

Required skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Previous recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience preferred
