Overview

The Bilingual Recruiter at SI Staffing is a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for connecting qualified candidates with businesses in need of staffing solutions. This in-person, client-facing role emphasizes relationship-building and communication as key components to ensure a positive experience for both clients and workers. SI Staffing offers a unique growth path for individuals ambitious about advancing in the staffing industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of workers
  • Communicate daily with applicants, employees, and clients
  • Support client accounts and help manage their staffing needs
  • Build strong relationships with supervisors, managers, and business contacts
  • Follow up with clients to ensure staffing needs are being met
  • Coordinate interviews, orientations, onboarding, and placements
  • Help resolve attendance, scheduling, communication, and employee issues
  • Maintain accurate notes and updates in company systems
  • Work with urgency to fill open orders quickly and professionally
  • Represent SI Staffing with professionalism, respect, and accountability

Required skills

  • Bilingual communication skills
  • 2+ years of staffing or recruiting experience preferred
  • Staffing industry experience required or strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, sales, customer service, or another client-facing role
  • Light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or hospitality staffing experience is a plus
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working with technology, recruiting systems, and phone communication
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
