Overview

SI Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join their team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This client-facing role focuses on creating positive experiences for candidates and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The position offers an opportunity for growth into leadership roles within the company structure.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of workers
  • Communicate daily with applicants, employees, and clients
  • Support client accounts and help manage their staffing needs
  • Build strong relationships with supervisors, managers, and business contacts
  • Follow up with clients to ensure staffing needs are being met
  • Coordinate interviews, orientations, onboarding, and placements
  • Help resolve attendance, scheduling, communication, and employee issues
  • Maintain accurate notes and updates in company systems
  • Work with urgency to fill open orders quickly and professionally
  • Represent SI Staffing with professionalism, respect, and accountability

Required skills

  • Bilingual communication skills
  • 2+ years of staffing or recruiting experience preferred
  • Staffing industry experience required or strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, sales, customer service, or a client-facing role
  • Light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or hospitality staffing experience is a plus
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working with technology, recruiting systems, and phone communication
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
